Bút now their numbers hava increased dramatically and they deal more and more vith public üfe, political themss and reál problems. The most remarkable phenomenon of recent months is their ambition to eo-ordinate their work, to unité and help each other. Fór this purpose a national Club Council has been formed. In this year alone the Hungárián Democratic Fórum, the Information Network of Altemative and Environmentalist Groups, the Refugee Committee and the Network fór Free Initiatives were established. Now, after the formation of the Young Democrats Alliance and the emergence of organisations in seeondary schools, young workers have started to co-operate. Apprentices and young skilled workers have formed the "Young Democrats Stúdió" which says in its founding declaration that"it is nőt an organisation or a unión bút a youth infor- mation and organisational group with a small membership". The "Young Democrats Stúdió" was organised by eight people who are all from Budapest. Their founding declaration dated April l6th states that young people récéivé little and contradictory Information, their stratas and organisations are isolated from each other and all this prevents them from taking a stand on questions that effect their future. Its aim is to organise open, democratic debates with different groups and stratas, to reduce chaos and to provide an information service which will tape proceedings at important debate forums, meetings and commemorations and distribute them. The Stúdió is completely independent, it does nőt belong to any party or faction and speaks to young people about young people. It wants to organise young workers, it is nőt anti-socialist bút works on drafting an advanced socialist theory. It rejects the dominant role and censorship of any sort of party or social strata, its basic principle being that all stratas must have a representátive to speak fór them. The founders of the Stúdió do nőt want to repeat themselves incessantly so they seek colleagues to jóin the group either in person or over the phone. Apply to György Győri, Péter Rácz and Zsolt Pitzer. Naturally these co-ordination and information groups must prove themselves in the future. Let us hope that the "Young Democrats Stúdió" will be able to fulfill the tasks it has set itself.
