Дебреценские рукописные языковые памятники Андраш Береш Первые протоколы города Дебрецена не только в историческом отношении достойны внимания, но и с точки зрения венгерского языка тоже дают ценную информацию. Хотя протоколы города до 1848-ого года писари в основном писали на латинском языке, но в 16-ом веке, начиная с 1547-ого года к протоколам делали добавления или даже отдельные части протоколов писали на венгерском языке. Их значение с точки зрения истории языка необходимо. Среди записок на венгерском языке присутствуют имущественные договоры, решения по отношению использования домов и владений, споры, связанные с владениями, дела оскорбления личности, долговые и наследственные вопросы. Договоры по отношению использования земель дают дополнительные данные к сельскохозяйственной теме, контракты в отношении отдельных домов дают опорные точки к вопросам народного строительства. Для чтения текста необходимо знать некий языковый ключ, владение которым позволяет легче разбираться в трудночитаемом тексте и облегчает воспроизведение прежнего произношения. Стоит посмотреть протоколы 16-ого века и с исторической точки зрения и с точки зрения объяснений фамилий, поскольку фамилии, происшедшие от профессий, от выражения свойств, от имён получают данные о составе населения. Помимо имён достойны внимания и старые названия улиц, которые кроме данных и численности населения, покажут нам незнакомый образ Дебрецена. Исследование и раскрытие старых дебреценских языковых наследий может принести много результатов и с точки зрения истории языка. Linguistic Records in Manuscripts of Debrecen Town by András Béres The first records of town Debrecen are interesting and worthy of attention not only because of their historical events, but also regarding them as reliques of the Hungarian language, they afford us valuable experiences. Although the records of the town were written by the scribes mostly in Latin until 1848, we can find in the existing records from the 16th century (from 1547) a few details of insertion in the Hungarian. Their knowledge is indispensable from the point of view of the history of the language. The notes made in Hungarian enumerate questions of agreements of properties, decisions about houses and landownership, debates about estates, affairs of slander, questions of debt and of inheritance. The agreements concerning usage of the land reveal additional data in many agricultural problems, whilst some contratcts regarding on special houses show some features of the popular type building in Debrecen. To read the original text it is necessary to know a certain linguistic key which makes easier the orientation in the hardly legible text and helps to recall the ancient pronunciation. It is worth to study the records from 16th century also from point of view of family-history and explanation of names, because the family names originated from occupations and they refer to the composition of the population too. Besides the personal names, it is worth to mention also the old street-names, which sh ow—besides data of the population—those aspects of Debrecen, which are hardly known untill now. The study and research of the old linguistic records of Debrecen may bring many results in linguistic history too. 98
