Abdominal tergites with fine coriaceous surface sculpture. Ratios of the antenna! segments = 4:5:22:22:18:16:?:? (missing). Ratios of the hind tarsal segments = 26:13:8:5:? (missing). OOL:POL: OCL = 10:13:6. Length of 3rd antennái segment : maximal length of an eye = 11:14. Length of the inner hind tibial spur : length of hind basitarsus = 1:2. Length of cenchrus : distance between cenchri = 6:7. Head and thorax covered with short, white pubescence. Clypeus very sligthly emarginated, nearly truncate. Head con­tracted behind the eyes. Sawsheat Pristiphora fausta (Hartig, 1837) type as shown in Fig. 1. Head with defined frontal area. Length: 4.1 mm. Figs 1-3.
