Mesopleuron with very fine, shallow, dense and uniform punctures. Ratios of the antennái segments = 9:9:3 l:22:18:missing. OOL:POL:OCL = 13:9:19. Frontal area well defined, U-shaped and the U-shape formation ended in one-one deep and round pits. Lateral furrows of the vertex reach the hind margin of the head. Postocellar area subquadrate. Clypeus subtruncated. Ratios of the hind tarsal segments without claws = 33:14:6:3:10. Length of a cencher : distance between cenchri = 9:12. Length of the inner hind tib­ial spur : length of the hind basitarsus = 12:33. Length of a gena : diameter of the front ocellus = 1:5. Claws with long subapical tooth, slightly longer than the apical (Fig. 16). Head and thorax with white pubescence. Sawsheath long and narrowed in dorsal view (Fig. 2). Length: 9.0 mm. Holotype: female: "Netherlands Indie, W. Jawa, Priangan, 27.X. - 3.XI.1941, J. M. A. van Groenandel". Paratype: 1 female: "Netherlands Indie, Jawa 1800', 10.IX.1939, DjampangTengah, J. M. A. van Groenendael". Types are deposited in the zoological collection of the Amsterdam University. The new species runs to N. albofemoratus Rohwer, 1916 in Malaise's key (Malaise 1944). N. albofemoratus Rohwer, 1916 has fore and middle tibiae black, apical 1/2-1/3 of hind femora white and hind tarsi entirely white. N. prianganensis sp. n. has dominantly white fore and middle tibiae and black hind femora and tarsi. Neostromboceros marbauensis sp. n. (Figs 1, 16) Shining brown without metallic lustre. Labrum, hind margin of pronotum, parapterum, 9th abdominal tergite, a central longitudinal spot on tergite 8, hind margins of abdominal tergites, trochanters, cenchri and apices of all coxae white. Tibiae white, except the apical ring of the middle and apical half of hind tibiae. Wings hyaline, venation and stigma dark brownish black. Head, mesonotal lobes, mesoscutellum, mesoscutellar appendage, postscutellum, mesopleuron and abdo­men smooth and shining. Pronotum and propleuron shining, very finely granu­lated. Head and thorax with moderately dense, white pubescence about as long as diameter of front ocellus. Ratios of antennái segments 1 to 9 = 9:6:24:19:14:9:9:8: missing. OOL:POL:OCL = 12:7:14.
