FOLIA ENTOMOLOGICA HUNGARICA ROVARTANI KÖZLEMÉNYEK LX 1999 pp. 231-237 Four new sawfly species from Yunan (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae) A. Haris and L. Roller Four new sawfly species from Yunan (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae) — Four sawfly species as Trichiocampus yunanensis sp. n., Conaspidia nigroflagellata sp n., Conaspidia nigroapicalis sp. n. and Corymbas nigroyunanensis sp. n. are described below and compared to Trichiocampus viminalis (Fallén, 1808), Conaspidia punctata Wei et Nie, 1997; Corymbas coreana Konow, 1903 and Corymbas coreana ssp. nipponica Takeuchi, 1936. INTRODUCTION The Tenthredinidae species which are described here were collected by Slovak entomologists during their expeditions to Yunan. The Yunan province has a special zoogeographical position by being a transitional belt between the Oriental and the Palaearctic zoogeographical region. Therefore, its sawfly fauna is very rich and colourful. The four new species belong to 2 subfamilies of Tenthredinidae. Trichiocampus yunanensis sp. n. belongs to Nematinae. The small genus has only 6 species in the Palaearctic region (Benson 1958; Togashi 1985). This is the first oriental Trichiocampus species. The other three new species belong to the largest oriental subfamily - the Tenthredininae. Although the genera Conaspidia Konow, 1898 and Corymbas Konow, 1903 are very small genera occurring exclusively in the Oriental region.
