Microchelonus rubriventris (Tobias, 1988), comb. n. and male new — Described from Lithuania (Tobias 1988), new to the fauna of Hungary. The species was placed by Tobias (I.e.) in the genus Chelonus because he knew only the female sex. The male bear a split-like aperture on the posterior end of the carapace and both sexes with a rather Microchelonus features: occiput, irons and temple densely rugulose, carapace in lateral view three times as long as high behind, carapace behind less than twice as high as basally (see also Papp 1995: 125-126). — Localities: II/2: 1 female + 6 males: Aggtelek, Vörös-tó — VI/2: 1 male: Toponár, taken from Daucus carota — VII—VIII. Microchelonus rugicollis (Thomson, 1874) — Distributed in the European part of Russia, Azerbaidzhan, Sweden and Slovakia. First reported from Slovakia by Capek and LukáS (1989: 42). — Locality: III/l (Slovakia): 2 males: Breznó, Zálomy, 600-700 m — VII. Microchelonus scabrosus (Szépligeti, 1896) — Described from Hungary, listed from Russia (European part, Irkutsk: Tobias 1986: 326) and Slovakia (Capek and Lukas 1989: 42). — Localities: 1/1: 1 male: Doboz, Szanazug — II/l: 2 females (1 female lectotype and 1 female paralectotype, in Budapest Museum, Hym. Typ. Nos 547-548): Budapest, leg. Szépligeti. 1 female: Budapest, Gellérthegy. 1 female + 1 male: Budapest, Hármashatár-hegy. 1 male: Budapest, Sváb-hegy. 1 male: Pilismarót — II/2: 1 male: Ipolytarnóc — V-VIII. Microchelonus starki (Telenga, 1953) — Widely though sporadically distributed in the Palaearctic Region. The occurrence in Hungary (Papp 19946: 502) and Slovakia (Capek and Lukas 1989: 42) is its westernmost distribution. In Hungary reared from the caterpillar Synanthedon tipuliformis Clement. — Localities: 1/1: 4 females: Budapest, Mátyásföld, 20 March 1983 (collecting time of the host), ex Synanthedon tipuliformis Clement 25 April 1983, leg. et educ. Cs. Erdélyi. 1 female: Szigetbecse, 100 m — 1/2: 1 male: Fertőd, ex Synanthedon tipuliformis Clement November 1982 (in laboratory), leg. et educ. Cs. Erdélyi — 1 1/2: 3 females + 1 male: Bernecebaráti, 9-11 March 1987 (collecting time of the host), ex Synanthedon tipuliformis Clement, food-plant of host Ribes rubrum, leg. et educ. G. Szőcs — IV and VII. Microchelonus striatiscuta (Fahringer, 1934) — Since its description known from Germany (Mecklenburg). New to the fauna of Hungary. — Locality: II/l: 1 female: Budapest, Gellérthegy — VIII. Microchelonus subarcuatilis Tobias, 1986 — Described recently from Moldavia (Tobias 1986a: 327 and 334); new to the fauna of Hungary. — Localities: 1/1:2 females + 1 male: Csömör. 1 male: Körösladány — II/2: 11 females + 12 males: Budapest, Diósd — VI—VIII, taken mostly in July. Microchelonus subcaudatus Tobias, 1976 — Described and hitherto known from Georgia (Tobias 1976: 238, 1986a: 318); new to the fauna of Hungary. — Localities: 1/1: 1 female: Szabadszállás, Kis-rét, taken from Medicago sativa — II/l: 1 female: Erd, Szidónia-hegy, taken from Euphorbia sp. — VI-VII. Microchelonus subcontractus (Abdinbekova, 1971) — Widely distributed and fairly frequent in the western half of the former USSR. In Hungary frequent to common in the zoogeographical districts Eupannonicum (1/1) and Pilisicum (II/l), elsewhere less frequent. First reported from the Hortobágy National Park in Hungary (Papp 1983a: 324). In Hungary reared from two caterpillar hosts (new host records): 1.) 1 male: Budaörs, 9 April 1972 (collecting time of the caterpillar), ex Elachista sp. (Lepidoptera, Elachistidae), 23 May 1972, food-plant of the host Gramineae sp., leg. et educ. J. Szőcs. 2.) 1 male: Budaörs, ex Vulcaniella extremella Wocke (Lepidoptera, Cosmopterygidae) 24
