Macrocentrus (Macrocentrus) nitidus (Wesmael, 1835) - In Europe reported from several countries, its easternmost occurrence is in the Altai Mts in Russia (Tobias 1986: 262). In the Carpathian Basin known only from Transylvania (Romania). Localities - III/3-I1I/4 (Transylvania), III/3: 1 ? : Retyezát (= Mtii Retezat). - III/4: 1 ? : Szilágycseh (= Cehul Silvanei). - VI. Macrocentrus (Amicroplus) pallipes (Nees, 1812) - In Europe frequent to com­mon, besides Europe reported from Japan, Korea, NW China and northern Africa. In Hungary not a frequent species, it was reared from the following four lepidopterous hosts: (Tortricidae:) Hedya nubiferana Haworth, Pandemis heparana Denis et Schiffer­müller, P. ribeana Hübner and Recurvaria leucatella Fabricius Localities - 1 ? : Baja. 1 ? : Djakovár (= Dakovo; Croatia). 1 d : Doboz, Sebesfoki erdő. 1 ? : Ócsa, Nagyerdő. - 1/2: 1 ? : Kapuvár. - II/ 1: 4 ? ? + 15 dd : Budaörs, Frank­hegy, 6 V 1976 (collecting time of the moth host), ex Hedya nubiferana Haworth 14 V 1976 (emerging time of the braconid) (food-plant of host: Cydonia oblonga), leg. et educ. Macrocentrus (Amicroplus) resinellae (Linnaeus, 1758) - Again a Macrocentrus species widely distributed in the Palaearctic Region though nowhere frequent. In Hun­gary found in four localities, reared from three lepidopterous hosts (Tortricidae): Adoxo­phyes reticulatus Hübner (host new), Petrova resinella Linnaeus and Rhyacionia buolia­na Denis et Schiffermüller.
