Arhivski vjesnik, 29/1986. str. 37—56. pay the larger part of their discussions to the legislational aspect of such situations (laws, act, stock-reading) what is nevertheless a major question, while at the same time they pay little or no attentiion to the problem of how to make such documents available and of immediate use. This is not the question of what the experts in archives will do with the documents once they enteer the institution, it is rathr a tease of the procedure of stock-taking of such documents. Of course, the author means here the evidence which can be included immediately into a method of documentation on information serves at the archives. At the time of taking over an evidence list is made that includes the time of the taking over, the lawful basis of such action, eventual restrictions in the use of the materia, the description, comments, number, conclusion. The author insists that each such evidence list must have two parts the ennumeration of materia being taken over and the ennumeration that belongs to this materia but is left with the owner. The author thinks it would be of help to make various catalogues (chronological, type, location in depos, thematic, etc.). This neerds a satisfying number of instruction cards that would then be put into a certain catalogue. In such a way we could obtain a uselful informative aid, that could be of immediate use, what of course means that such a document once entering the archive has become accessible. 56
