OH • On June 19, Reverend Csaba Krasznai was installed as the pastor of The First Hungarian Reformed Church in Walton Hills, Ohio. A dinner reception followed the installation service. The menu included roasted stuffed chicken, rice with giblets, vegetable, salad, dinner rolls, cherry strudel and coffee or tea. FHRC-LA. Hawthorne. CA • Hungarian Festival at Alpine Village, Kaliforniai Magyarság - Magyar Festivál on August 1. • New Bread Communion - Special Worship and Lord’s Supper on August 8. Presbyter Meeting will follow at 1 PM. • On August 22, the congregation will host their annual Church Picnic with Hungarian-style Bar-B-Que after worship. IJCC Bridgeport. CT • On July 4, the church will hold their Independence Day Service at 9:30 AM. • On July 20, the Bessemer Seniors Picnic will take place at 12:00 Noon. • 100th Anniversary Event: On July 25 the congregation will hold an Old-Fashioned Church Picnic in the Courtyard at Noon. • During the summer we have plans for collecting back-to-school items for needy children which will be dedicated during worship on August 22. HRC Woodbridge. NJ • Happy birthday to Rev. Albert W. Kovács. He will celebrate his 75th birthday on August 19th. He was born in the Amboy Heights section of Hopelawn in Woodbridge, New Jersey. OH • There will be a Festival Club - Church Picnic on Sunday, June 27 at 5:00 PM at our Picnic grounds. Everyone is welcome. • Congratulations and God’s blessings to Rev. Gabor Nitsch, who was re-elected as pastor of the Old Troy Pike Community Church in Dayton on April 18, 2004, and re-installed immediately. HRC Fairport Harbor. OH • The Women’s Fellowship Church Picnic will take place after worship services on July 18 at the Lakefront Beach Pavilion. Hot dogs, szalonna, zsíros kenyér, and beverages will be provided. • On August 8, the church has planned an outdoor worship service, followed by a picnic.
