House Boldog Új Évet! Happy New Year! 2017. Wow! Can this be true? I remember everyone worrying about Y2K, and that was 17 years ago. I hope your holidays were the best ever. The year 2016 was a very eventful one for me and William Penn Association. There were many firsts, and they were all accomplished and were wonderful. The Hungarian Heritage Experience was held at Camp Sequanota for the first time, and we loved the area. We all pitched in, and the week flew by. The WPA Picnic was held in Hiram, Ohio, for the first time. Many thanks to Mary Jane Molnár and her crew from the Hungarian Cultural Center of Northeastern Ohio for making all of our WPA members feel so welcome at their beautiful picnic area. By the way, I recently spoke with Mary Jane, and she mentioned that the HCCNEO's board has approved our next WPA Picnic date on Saturday, Aug. 26. Mark your calendars, folks. The WPA Tour to Europe was my first as tour planner and chaperone. WILLIAM PENN LIFE 0 January 2017 0 15
