For Starters JERRY A. HAUSER National V.P.-Secretary Hauser elected National V.P.-Secretary JERRY A. HAUSER was sworn in as WPA National Vice President-Secretary Dec. 3 following his election by the Association's Board of Directors. Jerry brings to WPA nearly 30 years of experience in the fraternal industry. He has ample knowledge in all aspects of fraternal operations, having spent many years in administrative and marketing departments. He began his career in the computer field, earning a certificate in programming from the Computer Tech Institute of Pittsburgh. He was initially employed as a computer programmer with the United Lutheran Society (ULS) and worked his way up the ladder to an officer's position. He served as ULS's secretary-treasurer for 18 years and as CEO for the last six years. Most recently, Jerry served as a senior manager at GBU Financial Life, working in the sales and marketing department. He also served as officer for his local GBU lodge, handling its finances and planning various meetings and fraternal events, including golfing, bowling and camping activities. The WPA Board elected Jerry based on his impressive background with fraternal benefit organizations. He currently resides in Derry, Pa., with his wife, Debbie. They have been married for 33 years and have two children: Steven, 26, and Ryan, 24. We welcome Jerry to our Fraternal Family and wish him the best of luck!
