Branch 14 Cleveland, OH by Dawn D. Ward All Branch 14 members are invited to attend the first branch meeting of the new year Wednesday, March 13, at 7:30 p.m. at the First Hungarian Reformed Church, 14530 Alexander Road, Walton Hills, Ohio. The social activity agenda for the year will be planned. At the previous meeting, the possibility of a branch-sponsored bus trip to Windsor was discussed, so check the next issue of the William Penn Life for details on that activity. Branch 14 was saddened to lose 36 members in 2001. A donation of $25 ih memory of each of these deceased members has been made to the WPA's Scholarship Foundation. The names of these members will be listed in the next issue. May they rest in peace. All Branch 14 members will be receiving letters in the next few months regarding their eligibility for the WPA's newest annuity product and spouse guaranteed issue life insurance policy. In the meantime, if you have any questions about these products, please call the Ward Agency at (440) 838-1200. Hope to see Branch 14 members at the meeting March 13. Branch 18 Lincoln Park, Ml by Barbara A. House Happy St. Patrick's Day to all our Irish Hungarians. Isn't everyone Irish on St. Patrick's Day? Well, we made it home after being gone for six weeks. There's something to be said for being a snowbird. We had a marvelous time. I know you all had great weather also, but, it's still nice to get away. Many thanks to Branch 18 Treasurer Carol Truesdell for writing last months column. She did a great job. I am so pleased you chose WPA and me for your insur­ance needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Bill Imry has been our communica­tions chairman for two years. Thank you for doing such a great job. You really got everyone to our meetings. Our new chairwoman is Kay Momtsios. Thank you for taking the position. We really have some super members. Hello to Ann and Bill Sorke in Florida. Hope you are having a great time. I know you recently lost your dog. Hope you're feeling better now. We still miss Maggie after a year. Please pray for the families of our deceased members, especially Albert Tury, Rose Scopel, John Favenyesi and Steve Gyurcsik. May they rest in peace. Hello to the Rev. John McKinsey. I haven't seen him for awhile. Hope you're well. Our Charity-of-the-Month for Branch 18 continues to be the WPA Scholarship Foundation. Thank you to all the members who represented Branch 18 at the annual White Rose Ball. That is always such a lovely event. Our next few branch meetings will be held March 15, April 19 and May 17. We meet at the American Hungar­ian Reformed Church in Allen Park at 7:00 p.m. Please join us. Our second annual Branch 18 card party will be held April 7 at the Reformed Church.
