Branch 705 Mayville, Wisconsin Branch 705 held its annual meeting on Saturday, December 20, 1980 at the Branch Office in Mayville. Our roster of Branch Officers remains with the exception of the addition of one auditing position. Mr. Richard Bender of Lomira was elected to this post and we welcome him with pride. With a big thank you to the William Penn Association for their encouragement and help, we adjourned our meeting and moved to the Iron Ridge Inn, Iron Ridge, Wisconsin for our Christmas party. A fine meal and fine fellowship was enjoyed by all. One member in attendance deserves our hearty congratulations. Steve Wald and his wife Terri of Horicon, Wisconsin, became parents of their first, a healthy son on the Tuesday following the Christmas party. We are all happy Terri waited until Tuesday. John J. Lippert Branch Manager Golden Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. Ujobai Mr. and Mrs. Joseph P. Ujobai of 137 Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, were honored on their 50th wedding anniversary on November 15 at a family party given by their children and grandchildren. Mr. Ujobai was employed by the Phoenixville Publishing Co. for 48 years before retiring in 1973. Fie served as editor and general manager for the Daily Republican for over 30 years and as a consultant to the company. He also served as a representative in the Pennsylvania General Assembly for eight years. He held a position with the Pennsylvania Community Affiars Department in Harrisburg. Mr. Ujobai enjoys golfing and Mrs. Ujobai’s hobby is crocheting. They will be spending the winter months in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
