7. WHEN DO I HAVE TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I WANT TO MAKE THE TOUR? Due to the heavy advance interest in our popular tours, we would like to have you complete the reservation form and return to us as soon as possible. Along with the form, be sure to include your deposit of $ 1 50.00 for each person who will make the tour, (2 persons —$300.00; 3 persons—$450.00, etc.) and have in our hands by February 28th. The balance of all tour costs, air fare options, must be paid to the Association by April 30th, 1980. 8. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DECIDE TO GO, PAY FOR THE TOUR, THEN FIND I CANNOT GO AFTER ALL? We suggest that all persons planning the tour purchase TOUR CANCELLATION INSURANCE from their local travel agent. (This is a standard format) The association will refund all advance payments for cancellations up to 30 days prior to the actual flight (July 3rd, 1 980). After that date, July 4th to August 3rd, any cancellations would be handled as a claim against the carrier of your Tour Insurance policy. 9. WHAT FARE DO MINOR CHILDREN PAY? Rules are that any child under two (2) years of age, on date flight departs, travels free, all other children pay full fare. 10. WHAT IS THE PASSENGER CAPACITY OF THE PLANE? The plane has a capacity of 252 persons. It is anticipated that there will be one fuel stop each way. Again, there are a limited number of seats available for this popular tour, so if you are remotely interested, send us your deposit NOW!
