Illustrious Citation A wards During this term's final quarterly Board meeting of the Directors on August 22, 1979 there was a Dinner honoring three members of the Board of Directors who were presented with the ILLUSTRIOUS CITATION, the highest honor the Association bestows upon its members who have served with distinction, dedication, honor and loyalty, the William Penn Association both as Directors and elected Officers of their respective Branches.
