First Year Scholarship Awardees The Officers and Directors of the William Penn Fraternal Association Scholarship Foundation, Inc. are pleased to have the pictures of our first year awardees published in the WILLIAM PENN LIFE. We are happy to see so many young William Penn members striving to complete their College education. In some small way, the Scholarship Foundation has helped them financially.
