Report of the LÁSZLÓ KERESZTI, Chairman LOUIS FODOR, Aud. Comm. Member TO: National President, Elmer Charles In accordance with Chapter V of the By-Laws, the Auditing Committee convened at the Home Office, Monday, March 20, 1972, through Friday, March 24, 1972. This was the organizational meeting of the Committee, which took office January 1, 1972. The following members were present: László Kereszti, Helen Nemeth, Louis Fodor, Emma Beganyi, Michael Hrabar and Michael Kara. Mr. Elmer Charles, National President, called the Auditing Committee into meeting because of the reorganization of the Auditing Committee at the 1971 National Convention. He welcomes the Committee National Auditing Committee EMMA L. BEGANYI, Secretary HELEN NEMETH, Aud. Comm. Member members in the name of the Officers, Employees and members of the Association. This is the first occasion in the history of the Association where 75% of the Committee members are new. Until the Committee elects its officers he will serve as chairman, and National Secretary Stelkovics as temporary committee secretary. The first order of business therefore is the election of the Auditing Committee chairman. Mr. Michael Hrabar nominates Mr. László Kereszti for chairman, Mr. Kara seconds the nomination. There being no further nominations, the Secretary is requested to cast one ballot for the unanimous election of Mr. László Kereszti, MICHAEL HRABAR, Aud. Comm. Member MICHAEL KARA,. Aud. Comm. Member chairman of the Auditing Committee. Nominations are now open for Secretary of the Auditing Committee, Mrs. Beganyi is nominated by Michael Kara and seconded by Mr. Louis Fodor. There being no further nominations, Secretary is requested to cast one ballot for' the unanimous election of Mrs. Emma Beganyi as Secretary of the Auditing Committee. Mr. Charles congratulates Mr. Kereszti and Mrs. Beganyi on their election to the respective positions of Chairman and Secretary. Mr. Charles states that Mr. Kereszti having had many years of experience on the committee will be able to guide the members well. Under the new 6
