Adding to the gay holiday festivities was the enjoyment in cheerful Christmas caroling, accompanied on accordion and guitars by Walter Bea and his four sons. Also, special Christmaá movies were shown the excited children while awaiting the arrival o'f Santa Claus and his helper, William Zimmerman. After distributing gifts to the joyous girls and boys, refreshments of hot dogs, ice cream, soda and cookies were served. Mr. Steve Vidám, President of the Branch, expressed his Best Wishes for a Happy and Joyous Holiday Season to all children and adults in attendance. In addition, special sincere thanks must be extended to the following who helped make this annual event the huge success it was: Mr. and Mrs. Steve Vidám, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Bea, Mr. and Mrs. James Emody, Mr. and Mrs. John Kovács, Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Nemeth and Mr. and Mrs. William Zimmerman. 129 Columbus, Ohio Children of Branch 129, Columbus, Ohio 132 South Bend, Indiana The Christmas party of Branch 132, South Bend, Indiana was held on Sunday, December 17, 1967 at the William Penn Home in South Bend. The party was attended by more than 500 participants. The program included the singing of Christmas carols led by Frank Nowak, followed by the showing of two separate Christmas movies. Santa Claus gave appropriate gifts to the children followed by goodies and refreshments enjoyed both by children and their parents. Assisting with the success of the party were: Frank J. Wukovits, Jr., Chairman; Mrs. John Spychalski, Maryann Wukovits, Joseph Kuhar. Victor Benzur, Mrs. Frank J. Children's Christmas Party. 226, McKeesport, Penna. The Party began with Branch-President Louis Siebert leading the audience in Carol Singing. State Manager Gus Mrs. Buck and her group of youngsters provide entertainment at Br. 226 Christmas Party. G. Nagy showed movies to the delight of the kiddies. Children were served refreshments and goodies. Mrs. Buck lead her dance group dressed in their native costumes and were well received. Then of Santa, his helpers, and children of Branch 226. course Santa arrived to greet the children and give each a valuable gift. The branch officers who served as hosts remarked that this was the largest crowd for a WILLIAM PENN GENERAL COUNSEL DELEGATE AT PA. STATE CONVENTION Gay B. Banes, General Counsel of Willim Penn We are proud to announce that our General Counsel, Gay B. Banes of McKeesport area was elected to the constitutional convention of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania which is now in session for three months at the capitol, Harrisburg. This is the first Convention held in 93 years, its purpose is to revise some of the laws. It is interesting to note that there are only two Hungarians among the delegates, besides Mr. Banes, the other is attorney Orbán, from Somerset, Pa. — Congratulations to our famous members of William Penn.
