488 Breinich Miklós В целях использования совместного венгеро -чехословацкого участка Дуная в 1952 году была создана Совместная Правительственная Комиссия, и заместители премьер-министров двух стран в 1958 году подписали Протокол о комплексном использовании реки Дунай. Основными проектными и исследовательскими работами руководила Совместная Техническая Спецкомиссия, а с 1964 года Смешанная венгеро-чехословацкая экономическая и научно-техникая комиссия по сотрудничеству занималась вопросами использования Дуная. Разработка совместной программы капиталовложений была завершена в 1967 году. Межгосударственный договор «О создании и эксплуатации системы гидроузлов ГабчиковоНадьмарош» был подписан премьер-министрами двух стран в 1977 году. Вопросы сотрудничества, связанные с созданием системы гидроузлов, являются предметом обсуждения Совместной Комиссией по пограничным водам. По вопросам гидрологического, биологического, экологического влияния на окружающую среду уже долгие годы ведется сотрудничество между Венгерской Академией Наук и Словацкой Академией Наук. * * * Hungarian-Czechoslovakian cooperation over the Danube-stretch of common interest by Dr. M. BREINICH. С. E. Cooperation between Hungary and Czechoslovakia over the Danube borderline started at the beginning of the 20s when needed maintenance and river training were executed to foster international navigation. All this was done without any special agreement. The first document of this sort was signed in 1937 on current technical, economical and financial issues over the common border stretches of the Danube and Tisza Rivers. Concrete tasks originating from the realization of this agreement and from the coordinated actions of the appropriate hydraulic institutions were controlled and supervised by the so-called Common Borderwater Committee (earlier: Common Technical Committee). To utilize the common Danube-stretch in a rational way a Common Governmental Committee has been set up in 1952. Later, in 1958, a protocole has been signed in Prague by the deputy minister presidents of the two countries on complex utilization. Fundamental planning and research were directed by a Common Technical-Professional Committee. From 1964, the Hungarian-Czechoslovakian Economical and Technical Scientific Committee on Cooperation was responsible for the use of the Danube-stretch. A Common Investment Program has been prepared in 1967. The Intergovernmental Agreement on the Establishment and Operation of the River Barrage System of Gabcikovo-Nagymaros was signed in 1977 by the two premiers. Some important problems of common interest during construction are continuously on the agenda of the Common Borderwater Committee. There exists an enduring cooperation between the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the Slovakian Academy on the following issues: environmental changes, hydrological, biological and ecological consequences.
