Fraternity I Testvériség on Saturday afternoon on the 4th of February. We discussed ways to become more active and how to get new members. For example: • Every Branch Manager should mail flyers with an introductory letter to their Hungarian-American friends about HRFA’s products and welcome them to join. • Hold regular quarterly meetings at different branches • Hold training sessions about products and applications • Look for professional sales agents • Reconnect areas (states) with a huge potential market like Florida or California • Encourage continuing education in order to become a Licensed Insurance Agent and to be able to work with independent agencies. For example, we want more sales people like Mrs. Pamela Demeter.
