Fraternity I Testvériség Torn From The Flag Donor's Edition The Hungarian Reformed Federation of America, a major sponsor of the eight-time-award-winning project, “Torn from the Flag,” is delighted to endorse the film’s new “Donor’s Edition DVD.” “Torn from the Flag,” a documentary about the 1956 Hungarian Revolution, was made with the support of 2000 individuals, families, Hungarian communities, foundations and churches. Csaknem száz magyar kisgyermekjött el megnézni az énekes koncertjét, és nagyon élvezték a magyar dalocskákat, amint ez a fényképen is látható. így talán van remény arra, hogy ennyi magyar kisgyermekkel életben marad a közösségünk Passaicon és környékén. Szép szavalatok Garfieldban Két évenként rendezik meg Fischer Viktor vezetésével a New York-i körzetben a magyar cserkészet versmondó versenyét. A döntőre idén 800 kilométeres körzetből érkeztek a csapatok legjobb szavalói. Az idei helyszín a New Jersey állambéli Garfieldban lévő Bodnár Gábor Cserkészház volt, ahol a fiatalok Bostont, Garfieldot és Washington DC-t is képviselték a magyar nyelv ünneplésén. Fisher Viktor Simon Zoltánt, a 13-as Branch elnökét kérte fel, hogy zsűritagként részt vegyen a rendezvényen, 11
