Page 11 Fraternity- Testvériség &a úí&r & I The Bethlen Home’s Corner The 7th Annual HRFA- Bethlen Home Golf Tournament and Picnic Anna Lipoczky and Marge Nicholas at the reception desk On Saturday, July 16, 2005, the Annual HRFA / Bethlen Communities Memorial Golf Tournament was held at Champion Lakes Golf Club near Ligonier, PA. There were 125 golfers and over 70 hole sponsors. The Rev. Imre A. Bertalan gave the invocation at the Tee-off. At 4 p.m. there was a Million Dollar Shoot-out. Sorry to say "No Winner" this year. Following the tournament, a dinner was held with 151 guests. Mrs. Pat Armel, Rev. Leslie E. Martin and Mr. George Dózsa presented plaques to this year's honorees: Mrs. Sandy Prosser Mellon, Capital Campaign Chairperson of the Bethlen Home; Mr. George Dózsa, Board of Directors Chairperson of the Bethlen Communities; and in Memory of Mr. William Bela Puskas, Treasurer of the HRFA, Mrs. Puskas accepted the honor. The evening ended with door prizes and drawings. On Sunday, July 17, 2005, the Annual Hungarian Picnic Was held at HRFA’s Executive Team: (1-r) Mr. Megyeri, Mr. Dózsa and Mr. Balogh HRFA’s Chaiman of the Board Mr. Dózsa accepts the plaque from Rev. Les Martin the Picnic Grove. The day began with a Chapel Service at 11 a.m. About 180 guests enjoyed a day of fun, fellowship and delicious food. There were gallons of gulyás, stacks of langos, dozens of Palacsintás, Bacon Fry, and many other favorites. "Thank You" to Murin Paving and Excavating of Glassport, PA, for donating and roasting the pig and lamb for the picnic. A "Thanks" goes to The William Penn Association for donating the beer & soda. We were entertained all afternoon by the music of Dorothy & Company. The Lord blessed us with 2 beautiful days!!! Július 16.-át írtunk. A Ligonier melleti Champion Lakes Golf Klubban már elkezdődött az általános sürgés- forgás mire odaértünk. Az asztalnál a főszervezők: Armel Pat a Bethlen Otthon részéről, s ugyanilyen minőségében Szuch Jim az AMRE részéről fogadták a nevezőket. Kissé beljebb két szorgos hölgy ugyancsak fontos feladatát végezte: Lipóczky Anna és Nicholas Marge tombolát kínáltak a belépőknek. Hát ki tudott volna nekik ellenállni?! Provance Lara, a Bethlen Közösségek új marketing tündérkéje szőke pillangóként röppent egyik vendégtől a másikig ügyelve arra, hogy mindenkit egyformán megajándékozzon mosolyával. Az AMRE részéről a vendégek között üdvözölhettük az igazgatóság elnökét Dózsa Györgyöt feleségével Matildával és gyermekeivel-unokáival, továbbá nemrégiben kinevezett elnökünket Balogh Gyulát, és pénzügyi vezetőnket Megyeri Lászlót. Igazgatóink közül Armel Pat és Szuch Jim regisztrálják a nevezőket
