On Thursday, November 29, 2001, we enjoyed a nice program, warm fellowship and delicious desserts. Singles Potluck Dinner We held a potluck dinner at the Hungarian Reformed Church of Allen Park for members and friends of our branch on Sunday, December 16, 2001. On this occasion we treated members of our church who are single or have no family to an evening of fellowship and good food. We hope this event will become a yearly tradition for our single members. Children’s Christmas Party Also in December, a Christmas Party for the Sunday School children was held at the Hungarian Reformed Church of Allen Park, Michigan. It was an afternoon filled with fun and happiness for both young and old. The children did a beautiful job presenting their Christmas program, then received lots of gifts and goodies. We then elected the following officers: William Szuch, President; W. James Szuch, Vice President; and Helen Szuch, Secretary. Our next meeting will be on June 4, 2002 at 8:00 PM.
