A second meeting should have been called for April 28, 1996, but since the family would not be home on that date, it was agreed to hold the meeting Friday, April 26, 1996 at 7:30 P.M. With the absence of Branch President Robert Harsaghy and Vice-President Phyllis Zoda, Branch Manager Theodore Harsaghy assumed the responsibility of conducting the meeting. After explaining that the purpose of the meeting was to elect a delegate and alternates to the Federation’s convention to be held in September, Mr. Harsaghy called for nominations for delegate.
