Our next meeting will be held in April at the Hungarian Reformed Church, Allen Park, Michigan. A Sunday in April will be known as Hungarian Reformed Federation Fraternal Sunday. Also the Branch Manager is to contact the Home Office for an insurance package to be handed out to children's parents that are baptized in our church. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:30 p.m. Louise Vespremi, Secretary BRANCH 45 —ELIZABETH, NJ At a meeting held on February 5,1990, the following officers were elected: Albert Putnoky, President; Dorothy Di Antonio, Treasurer; Magdaline Tussay, Secretary. The next meeting is scheduled for June 6, 1990. Helen Putnoky, Secretary BRANCH 50-BUFFALO, NY Branch Manager Elvira Petry called the meeting of March 4, 1990 to order. This was held at the West Side Hungarian Reformed Church and the opening prayer was by Rev. András Czecze. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and unanimously approved. No report was submitted by the Treasury. We elected a new branch president, Mr. Nicholas Bado and remembered our past president, Frank M. Holbok, who was a long time member of our church and an active branch officer. The 1990-officers are: Nicholas M. Bado, President; George Vari, Vice President; Michael Vince, Treasurer; Elvira Petry, Secretary. There was an installation dinner on April 1, for the newly elected branch officers; the next meeting will be in June, also at the church, to discuss plans for a summer picnic. Elvira Petry, Secretary/Branch Manager BRANCH 52 —SO. NORWALK, CT On December 3, 1989, we held the Annual Meeting of our branch at the Church Parlor of the Hungarian Reformed Church, So. Norwalk, Connecticut. It was opened, with a prayer, at 12 Noon by the Branch President, Ernest P. Virgulák. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. The treasurer's report was also approved as read. Our donations were as follows: $200.00 to the HRFA Student Aid Fund; $100.00 to the Bethlen Home (Resident Activity Fund); $100.00 Christmas Gift to the Hung.Ref. Church; $25.00 Christmas Gift to Sunday School. Elected officers for 1990 are: Ernest P. Virgulák, President; Joseph Lucskay, Vice President; Helen Sontra, Recording Secretary; Irene Kurimai, Corresponding Secretary; Joseph Singola, Treasurer; Andrew Hutkai, Comptroller. Visiting of elderly branch and church members is done on a regular basis by branch members and branch officers. The meeting was adjourned at 12:30 p.m. Plans for fraternal activities for 1990 are scheduled for discussion at the next meeting. Suzanne S. Virgulák, Branch Manager BRANCH 62—E. CHICAGO, IN A negyedévi rendes gyűlésünket január 22-én tartottuk meg. 18 tag volt jelen. A gyűlés megnyitása, a jegyzőkönyv felolvasása után a legfontosabb tárgyalni való az új tisztikar választás. A jelenlegi elnök egészségi okok miatt lemondott, helyette a jelenlévő tagok Hunyadi Lászlót választották meg. A tisztikar többi tagjai elfogadták tisztségüket még egy másik évre. így az új megválasztott tisztikar a következő: László Hunyadi, President; Joseph Szilagyi, Secretary; Joseph Kovács, Treasurer; Gizella Lengyel, Secretary; Maria Kovács, Branch Manager. A tagok tapssal üdvözölték az új tisztikart. Egy tag Gregory Marshall ajánlotta, hogy adományozzunk 50 dollárt a Student Aid Fund-nak az osztály pénztárából.
