The President then asked John Palisin to take chair for officers' election. Motion was made and properly seconded that the outgoing officers be reelected for 1989. With no nominations from the floor, motion was made to dose nominations. Unanimously elected were William Szuch, President; Frank Nagy, Vice President; Helen Szuch, Secretary- Treasurer. Helen Szuch, Branch Manager BRANCH 69—COLUMBUS, OH On January 29, 1989 at 10:00 a.m., President Margaret Leonardo called the first meeting of the year to order. Mary Marton made the opening prayer. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read by Rose Komives, Secretary. Rose also gave the Treasurer's report with a balance of $54.95. Motion was made by John Gadnai, seconded by Mary Marton, to accept the Treasurer's report as read. Discussion was held on having a membership dinner again. However with funds that low, it was decided to have the officers work on a fundraising idea and then plan for a dinner. President then called for nomination of officers for the year 1989.
