Mr. Tibor Dolinszky, the secre­tary of branch 379 reported that Miss Barbara Kalmar received the Daughters of American Revolution award at the Pacific Palisades. The students and faculty recommended Miss Barbara Kalmar to he the recipient of the award of the .... " D.A.R. As we share in the joy with her parents: Ildikó and Attila and her grandmother Mrs. Irene Fiilöp, we wholeheartedly congratulate Barbara and wish her success in her commercial course studies at the Loyola, Marymount University. The Bethlen Home received a check in the amount of $100.00 from our South Norwalk branch 52 as special donation. Mr. And­rew Kurimai our area represen­tative was instrumental in spread­ing the good news of the services of the Bethlen Home for our aged going on since 1927 in Ligonier, Pennsylvania. We also received the encouraging news that following the recom­mendation of pastor Zoltán Szabó the consistory of the Hungarian Reformed Church in South Nor­walk, Conn, voted the amount of S750.00 as the congregation's do­nation toward the Bethlen Home for 1979. Rev. Paul Kovács ad­ministrator held Bethlen Home special service in South Norwalk on the Sunday preceding the annual meeting of Calvin Synod.
