Julius Gaal requested transfer to the Financial Committee. President Beky informed him that his request could not be granted until the Administrative and Disciplinary Committee ruled on his petitions. John Rigo, upon his request, was transferred to the Financial Committee.

The Convention received the appointments to the committees with the above noted transfer.

39. President Beky instructed the committees as to time and places of their meetings. The President and the Legal Counsellor will be available to all committees while Controller Eszenyi will be available to the Administrative Committee in matters relating to the Secretary’s Office. President Beky announced that there would be no need for a plenary session this evening. He instructed, however, each committee to close their meeting with prayer.

40. President Beky adjourned the Convention at 1:05 p.m. until 9:15 a.m. Wednesday morning.
