Németh J., Mohai J.: Fluorescein angiographic examination of the optic nerve head in glaucoma cases

Examinations performed on 28 glaucoma patients showed that the observable fluorescein saturation defects on the optic nerve head correlated in 90% of the cases with the visual field defects. On the basis of 4 cases in different stages of glaucoma the authors demonstrate the relationship between the functional and morphologie changes of the glaucomatous optic nerve hea l and the fluorenscein saturation defects.
