водящей системы. Опыт показал, что применение вспомогательного средства исключает недостатки иммерсионного метода, при этом сохраняется хорошее качество изображения. Исследование производится так же просто, как прямой контактный метод, при операциях, произведенных на слезном мешке, в послеоперационные дни тоже можно выполнять контрольные исследования, даже у маленьких детей можно производить исследование без общего наркоза. Поэтому ультразвуковое исследование, производимое с помощью этого вспомогательного средства, можно рутинно выполнять также в диагностике и дифференциальной диагностике болезней слезного мешка. Кроме того, применение резинового шланга имеет своеобразное преимущество: можно избежать повреждения головки ультразвукового прибора при возможной ее стерилизации, если резиновый шланг используется один раз и наполняется жидкостью в стерильном состоянии.

V é g h М. Németh J.: A new auxiliary device for the ultrasound examination of the saccus lacrimalis and ductus nasolacrimalis

A new auxiliary device is reported for the examination with ultrasound of the saccus lacrimalis et ductus nasolacrimalis. According to the observations the disadvantages of the immersion method are eliminated by the auxiliary device with the maintenance of a similar adequate quality of the ultrasound picture. The examination itself may be effectuated as easy as the direct contact method. It may be performed in the days after an surgical intervention on the saccus lacrimalis too, and it requires neither in little children general anaesthesia. Therefore the ultrasound examination with the auxiliary device may be used in everyday practice for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the diseases of the lacrimal saccus. On the other hand the use of a tyre has a special advantage: damages of the testing head of the ultrasound device occuring from the sterilizing procedure may be avoided, if the tyre is disposable and is filled up with liquid in sterile condition.

M. Vég h und J. Németh: Ein neues Hilfsinstrument zur Ultraschalluntersuchung des Saccus lacrimalis und des Ductus nasolacrimalis

Beschrieben wird ein neues Hilfsmittel zur Ultraschalluntersuchung des Tränenableitungssystems des Saccus lacrimalis und des Ductus nasolacrimalis. Durch Anwendung des Hilfsinstruments können, nebst Beibehaltung einer ähnlich guten Bildqualität, die Nachteile der Immersionsmethode eliminiert werden. Die Ausführung der Untersuchung ist ebenso einfach wie die direkte Kontaktmethode, im Kalle von Saccus lacrimalis-Operationen können Kontrolluntersuchungen auch in den postoperativen Tagen vorgenommen werden, eine Allgemeinanästhesie ist selbst bei Kleinkindern überflüssig. Mit diesem Hilfsmittel kann die Ultraschalluntersuchung in der Diagnostik und Differentialdiagnostik der Krankheiten des Saccus lacrimalis auch eine routinemäßige Anwendung finden. Ein eigenartiger Vorteil der Verwendung des Gummischlauches ist ferner, daß eine eventuelle, aus den Sterilisationsmanipulationen stammende Schädigung des Prüfkopfes des Ultraschallgeräts vermieden werden kann, vorausgesetzt, daß es sich um einen Ein weg-Gummischlauch handelt, der im sterilen Zustand mit Flüssigkeit aufgefüllt ist.
