fordulását Prostaglandin-gátló előkezeléssel csökkenteni lehet. A műtét után kialakuló haemorrhagiás glaukoma megelőzésére panretinalis fotocoagulatio mielőbbi elvégzését javasolják, ha a szemfenéken kezdődő proliferatio vagy kiterjedt ischaemia jelei láthatók.

Imre Gy., Bőgi J.: On complications of cataract surgery of diabetic patients and the possibilities of prevention

In the years between 1982 and 1985 on 144 eyes of 122 diabetic patients cataract extraction was performed. The frequent postoperative intraocular pressure elevation in diabetic patients could be decreased by preventive Prostaglandin management. For hindering the developement of haemorrhagic glaucoma urgent performance of panretinal photocoagulation is recommended in cases where signs of beginning proliferation or of extensive ischaemia are observed on the eyeground.

Gy. Imre und J. Bőgi: Komplikationen und Vorbeugungsmöglichkeiten bei Kataraktaoperationen von Diabetikern

Zwischen 1982 und 1985 wurden an 144 Augen von 122 Diabetikern Kataraktaoperationen durchgeführt. Das Vorkommen des bei den Diabetikern häufigen postoperativen Augendruekanstiegs kann mit Prostaglandin-Inhibitor Vorbehandlung verringert werden. Zur Vorbeugung des sich postoperativ entwickelnden Glaukoms wird die je frühere Durchführung der panretinalen Photokoagulation empfohlen, falls auf dem Augenfundus die anfänglichen Zeichen einer Proliferation oder einer ausgedehnten Ischämie in Erscheinung treten.
