M. Варга, Г. Мучи: Применение аргонового лазера в хирургии по поводу отслоения сетчатки

Авторы в 142 случаях применили аргоновый лазер для лечения отслоения сетчатой оболочки: в 49 случаях, в качестве дополнения к операции, пришлось применить его для страхования разрыва; в 70 случаях, в качестве превентивного вмешательства, произвели залечивание дыр, разрывов, дегенеративных участков сетчатки и ретиношизиса; в 23 случаях аргоновый лазер применили для закрытия дырки в макуле. В статье обсуждаются показания к лечению, в первую очередь это касается превентивного вмешательства. На основании хороших результатов авторы считают, что, для профилактики отслоения сетчатой оболочки, предпочтительнее применение аргонового лазера, чем фотокоагуляции ксеноном или криопексии.

V a r g a M., M u с s i G.: The application of Argon laser in the surgery of retinal detachment

Argon laser was applied in 142 cases in the treatment of retinal detachment: in 49 cases as a complementary procedure assuring the sealing of the tears; in 70 cases as a preventive measure for a management of tears, holes, degenerative changes and retinoschisis; in 23 cases macular holes were sealed off by Argon laser. The indication field of surgical treatment—mainly of the preventive procedures—is discussed. According to the gained experiences the Argon laser photocoagulation is superior to Xenon laser photocoagulation or cryopexy in the prophylaxis of retinal detachment.

Margit Varga und Gabriella Mu esi: Anwendung des Argon-Lasers in der Chirurgie der Ablatio retinae

Zur Heilung der Ablatio retinae kam die Argon-Laser-Behandlung in 142 Fällen zur Anwendung: ln 49 Fällen als Ergänzung der Operation, zwecks Sicherung der Ruptur; in 70 Fällen fand das Verfahren als präventiver Eingriff, zur Behandlung von Löchern, Rupturen, degenerativen Retinaabschnitten und Retinoschisis eine Anwendung; in 23 Fällen wurden mit dem Argon-Laser Makulalöcher verschlossen. Zunächst finden die Indikationen der Behandlung, vor allem die des präventiven Eingriffs eine Besprechung. Anhand der vorteilhaften Erfahrungen wird die Ansicht vertreten, daß in der Prophylaxe der Ablatio retinae die Argon-Laser-Photokoagulation eine geeignetere Methode darstellt als die Xenon-Photokoagulation oder die Kryopexie.
