Авторы сообщают о 44 случаях отслоения сетчатой оболочки у детей и молодых людей, на основании анализа клинического материала 1968—1979 гг. Изучали встречаемость заболевания в зависимости от пола и возраста, указали на его этиологические и морфологические особенности, подвели итоги результатов операций. Обсуждают вопросы профилактики, изменения остроты зрения и прогноза ювенильных отслоений сетчатой оболочки.

Tasnédi: Retinal detachment in childhood and in young adults The paper renders account of 44 retinal detachment cases of children and young adults occuring between the years 1968 and 1979 in the patient material of the Is* Eye Department of the Medical School, Budapest. The distribution is studied to age and sex; aetiologic and morphologic characteristics are mentioned and the results of surgical procedures are reported. The problem of prophylaxis, the changes of visual acuity as well as the prognosis of juvenile retinal detachment are discussed.

M. Varga und A. Tasnádi: Netzhautablösung im Kindersalter und im jugendlichen Alter

Es wird über die im klinischen Krankengut zwischen 1968 und 1979 vorgekommenen Fälle von Netzhautablösung im Kindersalter und im jugendlichen Alter berichtet. Die Häufigkeit des Vorkommens nach Alter und Geschlecht wurde analysiert, es wird auf die ätiologischen und morphologischen Charakteristika hingewiesen, und die Operationsergebnisse werden bekanntgegeben. Die Frage der Prophylaxe, die Gestaltung der Sehschärfe und die Prognose der juvenilen Ablösungen werden erörtert.
