Der Infektionsweg war bei 24, an der Abteilung liegenden Kranken mit Adenoconjunetivitis epidemica nachträglich genau zu verfolgen: zwei infiziert aufgenommene Kranken verbreiteten die Infektion am Weg verschiedener Augentropfen und eines Tonometers. Diese häusliche Epidemie wurde nur nach der Einführung einer separaten Tropfflasche für jeden einzelnen Kranken überwunden. Auf Grund der Laboratoriumsuntersuchungen erwies sich der Krankheitserreger für Adenovirus vom Typ 6. Aus dem während der Epidemie verwendeten Naphazolin (2-Naphthylinethylimidazolin-hydrochlorid enthaltender Vasodilatator) sowie aus dem in Naphazolin aufbewahrten Adenovirus Typ 11 gelang es noch mehrere Monate später Adenovirus Typ (1 zu züchten. The route of infection in twenty-four hospitalised patients effected by epidemic adeiioconj uncti vitis could be traced exactly afterwards: starting from two patients that had been admitted contaminated, the infection spread through several kinds of eyedrops and a tonometer. The iatrogen epidemic stopped only after the introduction of using separate eyedropper for each patient. According to the laboratory investigations, the pathogen proved to be an adenovirus Type 6. From the naphasoline used at the time of the epidemic (a vasoconstrictor containing 2 naphtylmethyl-imidasolin-hydroclor), as well as from the adenovirus Type (1 put in naphasoline, even months after adenovirus Type (3 could be cultivated. Haloperidol injekció, tabletta, cseppek ÖSSZETÉTEL: 1 ampulla (1 ml) 5 mg 4-(p-chlorphenyl)-l-(3’-p-fluorbenzoyl-propyl)piperidin-4-ol.-t, 1 tabletta 1,5 mg 4-(p-chlorphenyl)-l-(3’-p-fluorbenzoyl-propyl)-piperidin-4-ol.-t, az oldat (10 ml) üvegenként 20 mg (10 csepp = 1 mg) 4-(p-chlorphenyl)-l-(3’-pfluorbenzoyl-propyl)-piperidin-4-ol-t tartalmaz. JAVALLATOK: Minden olyan kórkép, mely motoros és psychés agitációval jár, mánia, paranoidhallucinatoros kórképek, agitált depressio, erethikus oligophrenia és epileptiformis psychosisok. delirium tremens. Csillapíthatatlan hányás. ELLENJAVALLATOK: Pyramidalis vagy extrapyramidalis tünetcsoporttal járó kórképek. Hysteria. ADAGOLÁS ÉS ALKALMAZÁS: Az injekció alkalmazása általában akkor javallt. amikor az oralis adagolás valamilyen okból lehetetlen (pl. nagyfokú agitatio). — Adagja ilyenkor 1 ampulla (5 mg) intramuscularisan. Az átlagos oralis napi adag 2—4 mg. Az egyéni tűrőképesség és szükséglet figyelembevételével azonban a napi adag 1,5—10 mg között váltakozhat, egyenlő részekre elosztva. Gyermekek napi dózisa 5 éves korig a felnőtt dózis negyede, 6—15 éves korig a felnőtt dózis fele. Krónikus hányásban általában 2 X 10 cseppet (2 mg) adnak naponta. MELLÉKHATÁSOK: Huzamosabb ideig történő kezelés után a betegek nagy részénél akinesia, tremor, izomhypertonia vagy egyéb parkinson-szerű tünetek léphetnek fel. Ezek a tünetek az adag csökkentésére vagy a kezelés átmeneti abbahagyása után spontán megszűnnek, illetve antiparkinsónos szerekkel kupírozhatók. TÁRSADALOMBIZTOSÍTÁS terhére idegszakrendelések, ideggondozók szabadon rendelhetik. Körzeti, üzemi stb. orvosok csak idegszakrendelés (ideggondozó, fekvőbeteg-gyógyintézeti elme-idegosztály) javaslatára rendelhetik.
