Автор сообщает об опыте изучения волны ,,в” у 44 больных с отслойкой сетчатки :

1. ЭРГ может служить одним из данных к постановке диагноза в случае помутнения переломляющих сред глаза.

2. Во время появления субъективных жалоб может дать показание к профилактическому вмешательству.

3. Может дать сведения о прогнозе операции.

Molnár, Lajos: On Applicability of ERG in Detachment of the Retina.

By studying the b-waves of ERG in 44 cases of retinal detachment Author arrived at these conclusions : 1. If the media are obscured, the b-wave supports the diagnosis together with other objective findings. 2. At subjective complaints such as motes, lightnings, glare, etc., comparison with the normal eye may indicate preventive measures, 3. preoperative prognosis may be given by aid of the b-waves. 4. The extent of success of an intervention made are implied in the difference of b-waves.

Molnár, Lajos: Über die Anwendungsmöglichkeit des ERG bei Operationen gegen Netzhautablösung.

Verf. studierte die b-Wellen des ERG bei 44 an Netzhautablösung leidenden Patienten und machte folgende Erfahrungen : 1. Bei Trübungen der Medien unterstützte es, zusammen mit anderen objektiven Befunden, die Diagnose. 2. Bei subjektiven Beschwerden wie Aufleuchten, Flimmern, Mückensehn gibt es unter Vergleich mit dem gesunden Auge Möglichkeit zur Prävention, 3. Hinweise auf die Prognose einer Operation. 4. Unterschiede der b-Wellen vor und nach dem Eingriff bieten Daten über den Operationserfolg.
