Ismertettük az intraocularis ellenanyagtermelés kimutatására használatos eljárásokat és számításokat. Példánkon mutattuk be a csarnokvíz analízis értékelésének néhány nehézségét. Hangsúlyoztuk a párhuzamos ellenanyagmeghatározások jelentőségét az intraocularis antitestképzés kérdésének megítélésében.

Author reviews the methods and calculations used for demonstrating the intra ocular antibody-production. Examples are bi-ought on to illustrate the difficulties of evaluative analysis of the aqueous. The method of parallel assay is regarded as the most recommandable way in ascertaining intra ocular antibody-production.

Bozsóky, Sándor: Klinische Beziehungen der intraoeulären Immunkörperbildung.

Verf. gibt die gebräuchlichen Methoden und Berechnungen zum Nachweis der intraoeulären Immunkörperbildung bekannt. Die Schwierigkeiten der Bewertung der Kammerwasseranalyse werden an Beispielen gezeigt. Zur Beurteilung der intraoeulären Antikörperbildung die wird die Bedeutung der Parallelbestimmung der Gegenstoffe betont.
