The Vatra Romaneasca Federation supports the concept that we are the only owners of our Fatherland in the sense that the existence and the activities of the national minorities must be kept under constant surveillance in all regions. 10. The Federation wants to protect the existence of the former Securitate members as far as possible so that they can implement the above point, and for this purpose, needs competent people who were educated in the spirit of unconditional loyalty to a welldefined objective. 11. Our Federation assures all its members that by employing proper methods, it will be able to secure financial support for its propaganda, not only from influential personalities on the domestic political scene, but also from more or less secret organizations abroad, mostly in France and Canada. 12. The Federation will keep watch in orderto brake, or even undermine, tendencies to liberalize to a great extent our relations with Europe, because those relations may influence the unique and traditional Rumanian spirit toward losing its noble and strong national feelings. 13. Based on the Solemn Declaration of Alba Julia of December 1, 1918, which was then reaffirmed in the Rumanian Constitution of 1923, the Federation requests that respect to be paid to the existing realities and the historical rights of the majorit Rumanian nation which is living on its ancestral land homogeneously and that, therefore, the unity of the state be not impaired by the creation of separatist enclaves. By doing so, the experiences during the Stalinist dictatorship would be repeated. These had a negative influence in all spheres of socioeconomic life by favoring certain social and ethnic groups to the detriment of the majority Rumanian population. 14. The Federation will educate its members in this spirit, devise even more concrete slogans which would draw together all those sharing the same ideas. It wants to call the attention of others to the tendencies we are fearful of. 15. The popularity of the Federation may be extended nationwide by propaganda work, by appealing to the anti-Hungarian, anti-Gypsy and anti- Germanemotions which are deeply rooted in the Rumanian soul. We will propagate these feelings from the very beginning so that our final goal should become obvious to all Rumanians, ie. the creation of a greater Rumania in which there is no place for foreign elements; we will simply not tolerate them. The moment has arrived and we must, by using whatever means necessary, solve once and for all and irreversibly the problem of minorities. 16. Transylvania has always been ours, is now ours and shall remain always ours. Unfortunately, its holy land is polluted by Huns, Gypsies, and the feet of other Asian pieces of meat. We all should unite in order to expel them. Out with the Huns (the homeless who never had any homeland on the face of the earth) and out with the Gypsies, the shame of our nation. We want a pure and Greater Rumania. Return all the stolen Rumanian land. Now or never! Do not be afraid to fight and shed their dirty blood. We do not need hairy apes in our beloved country. Now is the appropriate moment historically to rid ourselves of them and everyone who does not have Rumanian blood. We have already some of the Germans, but there are still many others whom we do not need. Do everything to rid ourselves of all of them. Ceausescu did not live long enough to ruin them but our nation cannot surrender its arms in this regard. We do not need any Switzerland'. We do not need any kind of Europe. We are Rumanians — do not let yourselves be deceived by the “Pro Europe” slogans. They conceal the extinction of our Rumanian nation. We are a smart people! The common European house cannot be anything else than the dismemberment of our national and territorial unity. UNITY! UNITY! UNITY! We only want the Vatra Romaneasca (Rumanian Hearth). The Rumanian language must lord over the others. We do not want to hear any distorted sounds in our ears, no other words but Romanian. We appeal to all Rumanians of good will to join our efforts which are momentarily concentrated at Tirgu Mures (Marosvásárhely), and we are confident that we will be accepted all over the land of Greater Rumania created in 1918. 17. Because the composition of the population of Tirgu Mures (Marosvásárhely), is about 50 percent Rumanian and 50 percent Hungarian, our Federation is concentrating its activities at this center in order to raise the national consciousness in Rumanian public opinion so it may successfully resists the manyfold requests of the Hungarians. Because of the proportion of the population is as mentioned before, we believe that Tirgu Mures (Marosvásárhely) forms the best terrain for the propagation of our ideas. 18. The primary goal of our Federation is to put into practice the various forms and methods of intimidation. In this connection, we must remove the most talented leaders among our adversaries, or at least force them to withdraw to neutral territory. This is the most important and immediate step that our Federation must take. Thereafter, we must make clear the fact that non-Rumanians have no place in Rumania and that in the future, their physical and intellectual integrity may not even be guaranteed. In this manner, the holy Rumanian land will be rid of its disgrace by an emigration of these elements. In order to eliminate the remaining population, we will utilize the most effective methods. 19. In order to clean house in Rumania, it is extremely important in the medium term to declare the political neutrality of Vatra Romaneasca Federation. We must do so in order to obtain politicians of the different parties and even those who do not concern themselves with politics and have them join us or assure us of their unconditional and unreserved support. 20.
