Cristina Busuioc: Alimentaţia, între tradiţie şi globalizare
The theme of the project SAMCULT consists in the research of Romanian and Hungarian communities along the border regarding the cultural identity reflected in the food habits and the convergent traditions. The article present the bad influence of the industrialised food production on the family life, life that not long ago was based on agriculture, food preparation and the possibility of eating together. The meal and the food was the reason to meet around the table. The article underline the importance of physical work harmonised with healthy nutrition and healthy body and mind.
