Prilog (comuna Oraşul Nou) Biserica ortodoxă „Naşterea Maicii Domnului” Piatra de fundament a bisericii a fost pusă în 26 aprilie 1855, însă fondurile strânse s-au dovedit a fi insuficiente, lucrările desfăşurându-se pe o perioadă de nouă ani, fiind terminate în 1864. Iconostasul a fost realizat între 1863— 1864. Iniţial edificiul nu a avut turn, fiind ridicat în anul 1934, conform planurilor arhitectului sătmărean Iuliu Erdei. Secţiunea turnului este pătrată, fiind străpuns de ferestre semicirculare, finalizându-se printr-un coif cu bulb, specific stilului baroc. Lucrările de construcţie au început la 15 august, iar turnul a fost sfinţit la 14 octombrie 1934. Contraforturile existente la colţuri au fost adăugate în 1961, când biserica era în pericol de prăbuşire. (DB). Rózsapallag (Újváros község). „Az Istenszülő születése” ortodox templom A templom alapkövét még 1855-ben letették, de az összegyűjtött anyagi bázis nem bizonyult elégségesnek, ezért az építési munkálatok kilenc évig húzódtak, az épületet 1864-ben fejezték be. Ikonosztáza 1863 és 1864 között készült el. Eredetileg nem volt tornya, csak 1934-ben Erdei Gyula szatmári építész tervei alapján építették meg. A négyszögletű torony ablakai félkörívesek, bádoggal fedett sisakja barokkos formájú. Az építési munkálatok 1934. augusztus 15-én kezdődtek, és október 14-én már föl is szentelték. Támpilléreit 1961-ben építették hozzá, amikor a teplomot az összedőlés veszélye fenyegette. (DB). Prilog (comuna Oraşul Nou) The Orthodox Church of “The Birth of the Holy Virgin” The building of the church was started on the 26th of April 1855, but funds were short, therefore the work had been carried out through a period of nine years, and it was finished in 1864. The iconostasis was made between 1863 and 1864. At the first phase, the church had no tower. This was built according to the project of architect Iuliu Erdei from Satu Mare, in 1934. The tower is square, with semicircular windows on the sides, and it is covered with a baroque steeple with a sphere on the top. The construction of the tower began on the 15th of August, and it was consecrated on the 14th of October 1934.
