Biserica reformată

Denumirea satului provine de la fostul hram al bisericii medievale, Sfi Nicolae. Din actuala biserică-sală cu tavan plat doar contraforturile şi sanctuarul poligonal pot lăsa impresia unui edificiu moştenit din perioada gotică. Biserica a primit forma pe care o are şi azi în urma transformărilor efectuate pe parcursul secolelor XVIII-XIX. Clopotul a fost realizat în anul 1913. (TSz).

Krasznaszentmiklós (Majtény község) Református templom

A falu neve középkori temploma védőszentjére, Szt. Miklós püspökre utal. A templom épülete talán középkori eredetű, a jelenlegi síkmennyezetes terem-templom formájában csak külső támpillérei, és sokszögzáródású vége utalhat a gótika korára. Mai formáját a 18. és 19. században történt átépítések során nyerte el. Harangját 1913-ban öntötték. (TSz).

The name of the village comes from the former name of the medieval church, St. Nicholas. From the present church-hall with flat ceiling, only the buttresses and the polygonal altar screen create the impression of an edifice inherited from the Gothic period. The form of the present church is the result of many transformations made during the 18th and 19th centuries. The bell was made in 1913. (TSz).
