Concluzii

Diagnosticul de sacom Kaposi este în continuare un diagnostic pretenţios, de care majoritatea patologilor se tem, neexistând în prezent suficiente date care să ajute în elaborarea lui. De aceea colaborarea interdisciplinară, colaborarea cu pacientul dar şi posibilitatea efectuării unor teste imunohistochimice adecvate sunt în acest caz utile în stabilirea diagnosticului.

Această variantă a sarcomului Kaposi cu determinări limfonodulare, apare foarte rar, de cele mai multe ori este inaparentă clinic, ea fiind descoperită la un examen necroptic amănunţit, în special la pacienţii bolnavi SIDA. Când totuşi ea apare în timpul vieţii trebuie să atragă atenţia asupra unui status imun prăbuşit, necesitând investigaţii amănunţite în acest sens.
