Elymus hispidus (Opiz) Melderis (Syn.: Agropyron intermedium (Hosl) P. B.) - Occurs in dif­ferent degraded steppe meadows; sporadic. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Elymus repens (L.) Gould (Syn.: Agropyron repens (L.) P. B.) - Frequent weed species. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Ephedra distachya L. - (FEICHTINGER 1899, BOROS 1919, 1953). Epilobium hirsutum L. - In hygrophilous vegetation types southeast of Kis-Strázsa-hegy. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995). Epipactis palustris (L.) Crantz - Appears in the sandpit at Sátorkőpuszta. (BAUER and BARNA 1999). Equisetum ramosissimum Desf. - In open sandy grasslands; occurs in the sandpit of Sátorkő­puszta. (FEICHTINGER 1899, KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Eragrostis minor Host - Common in degraded, xerotherm vegetation types in Sátorkőpuszta. (BAUER 1996). Erigeron annuus (L.) Pers. - Occurs in various forest associations, but never in large numbers. (BAUER 1996). Eriophorum latifolium Hoppe - Appears northeast of Tábla-hegy, and in the sandpit at Sátor­kőpuszta. (BAUER and BARNA 1999). Erodium cicutarium (L.) L'Hér. - In degraded rocky grasslands on the western slope of Strázsa­hegy. (BAUER 1996). Erophila verna (L.) Chev. - Rare plant on sandstone rocks of Strázsa-hegy. Eryngium campestre L. - Appears in dry "steppe grasses". (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Erysimum canum Pill, et Mitterp. (Syn.: Syrenia cana (Pill, et Mitterp.) Neilr.) - (FEICH­TINGER 1899). Erysimum diffusum Ehrh. - Common in weedy, dry "sand grasses". (BOROS 1919, KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995). Erysimum odoratum Ehrh. - Sporadic element of scrub forests and pubescent oak woods. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996, BAUER and BARNA 1999). Euonymus europaeus L. - Typical in Vicio-Quercetum. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995). Euonymus verrucosus Scop. - Common in forests and in scrubs. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Eupatorium cannahinum L. - Common in hygrophilous vegetation types. (KUN and SEREGÉ­LYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Euphorbia cyparissias L. - Frequent weed in the entire study area. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Euphorbia epithymoides L. (Syn.: E. polychroma Kern.) - Sporadic on Strázsa- and Tábla­hegy, in pubescent oak forests. (FEICHTINGER 1899, BAUER 1996). Euphorbia esula L. - Rare; south of Strázsa-hegy on the northern slope, on sandhillock. (FEICHTINGER 1899). Euphorbia glareosa Pall. (Syn.: E. pannonica Host) - Frequent in loess, sand-loess steppe meadows. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Euphorbia helioscopia L. - In degraded grasses in areas north of Kis-Strázsa-hegy. Euphorbia seguieriana Necker - Common in weedy, dry "sand grasses". (KUN and SERE­GÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Euphorbia virgata W. et K. - Common in hygrophilous vegetation types near Szentléleki­patak. Euphrasia tatarica Fisch. - Common in weedy, dry, closed "sand grasses". Fagus sylvatica L. - Rare; northern slope of Tábla-hegy. (BAUER 1996).
