Bauer, Norbert: Vascular flora of the hill Strázsa-hegy and its vicinity (Pilis Mts, Hungary)
Falcaria vulgaris Bernh. - Frequent weed in numerous plant associations (from forests to grasses). (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Fallopia dumetorum (L.) Holub (Syn.: Bilderdykia dumetorum (L.) Dum.) - Still a rarely occurring plant in the forest communities of the northern slopes of the hills. Festuca arundinacea Schreb. - In the sandpit of Sátorkőpuszta and near the roadside northeast of Strázsa-hegy. (BAUER 1996). Festuca heterophylla Lam. - Sporadic in Vicio-Quercetum of the study area. (BAUER 1996). Festuca javorkae Májovsky - Collected from open sandy grasslands of Sátorkőpuszta (det.: K. Penksza). Festuca pollens Host - Sporadic on limestone and sandstone rocks in Strázsa-hegy. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995). Festuca pseudovina Hack, ex Wiesb. - Forms patches in many places as part of degraded sandy grassland areas. Festuca rupicola Heuff. - Found rare on Strázsa-hegy, it appears in some spots of northern aspect, and usually replaces Festuca valesiaca in the steppe meadows. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Festuca vaginata W. et K. - Frequent in open "sand grasses" at Sátorkőpuszta, in the sandpit and in other places as well. One unexpected occurrence is known west of the big stone-pit of Strázsa-hegy, at the bottom of the crumbling sandstone rocks (on less exhumed parts of the hill). (BOROS 1919, BAUER 1996). Festuca valesiaca Schleich. - A typical grass species of the steppes in the study area, from rocky grasslands to closed loess and "sand grasses" or shrub forests. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995). Festuca wagneri Degen - Collected from open sandy grasslands of Sátorkőpuszta (det.: K. Penksza). (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER and BARNA 1999). Filipendula vulgaris Moench - Frequent in dry grassy areas, shrubs and xerotherm forests. (BOROS 1954, KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Fragaria vesca L. - Frequent in dry grassy areas, scrubs and xerotherm forests. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Fraxinus excelsior L. - Occurs on the northern slope of Tábla-hegy. (FEICHTINGER 1899). Fraxinus ornus L. - Attending species in some forest associations. Dominant in pioneer wood patches, and appears in rocky places of abandoned quarries. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Fumana procumbens (Dun.) Gren. et Godr. - Sporadic in "rock grasses" of Strázsa-hegy, and in the environs of the hills in open sandy grasslands. (FEICHTINGER 1899, KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Fumaria schleichen Soy.-Vili. - Sporadic in weedy grass communities, in some places in large numbers. (BAUER 1996). Gagea lutea (L.) Ker-Gawl. - Rare in the woods on the northern slope of Tábla-hegy. (BAUER 1996). Gagea pusilla (F. W. Schm.) Roem. et Schult. - Sporadic in the dry grassy areas of the study area. (BAUER 1996). Galanthus nivalis L. - Rare in the forests of Strázsa-hegy, near the top. (BAUER 1996). Galeobdolon montanum (Pers.) Pers. ex Rchb. - Rare; in hornbeam-oak forest of the northeastern slope of Tábla-hegy. Galeopsis pubescens Bess. - Sporadic in the forests of Strázsa- and Tábla-hegy, mainly on disturbed places. (BAUER 1996). Galium aparine L. - In the woods, mainly on the northern slope of Strázsa- and Tábla-hegy. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996).
