On 1 July 1952 the Board of Trustees adopted a package of decisions, according to which in Hungarian-inhabited districts widespread use of the Hungarian language became possible. The decision ordered the following: • to display the names of state, public and economic buildings and institutions in Hungarian; • to display information and warning signs in Hungarian; • to ensure Hungarian-language administration at national committees, offices and courts; • to publish official documents in Hungarian; • to display names of Hungarian-inhabited settlements in Hungarian. The above provisions were amended by the decree of the Board of Trustees added on 5 February 1959-• It allowed the national committees to arrange Hungarian written and oral submissions in Hungarian. de créer un lien amical entre les deux pays est de régler la situation de la minorité hongroise.
