II. A magyarországi sörfőzés története

Licencszerződés aláírása a dán Tuborg gyárral, 1980 Signing the license agreement with the Danish Tuborg company, 1980 Licencszerződés aláírása alkalmával rendezett fogadás a Tuborg képviselőivel, 1980. Reception held with the representatives of Tuborg on the occasion of signing the license agreement,1980 megvásárlása előtt is igen eredményesek voltak. (Ekkori gyárigazgatók: Palaczk István Sopron, ár. В eleké József Nagykanizsa, ár. Rugási Endre Pécs, ár. Hosszú István В öcs) 1979-ben ünnepelte a sörgyár fennállásának 125 éves jubileumát. Ezek ma is vezető márkák. Akkor volt egy rossz beidegződés, és a régi, megcsontosodott gyakorlat nem hozta azt a minőséget, amit ki lehetett volna hozni we wrote a report in the Söripar (Beer Industry) magazine at the beginning of each year about the events of the past years and the main challenges for the coming year. This did not exist before, nor thereafter. Where 1 was lucky was that during my years at the Trust 1 developed excellent relations with the major government agencies, with all the ministries and all the supervisory authorities. I sought to shape events in the interest of the brewery to make sure that it fared well. Visits by the top party leadership I also become common. The party's i secretary general, Comrade János Kádár (1912-1989), also came to Kőbánya two or three times, and the state president Pál Losonczi (1919-2005) also visited us. They enjoyed visiting us, and it served the brewery well. Such relations were useful in ensuring that when we said something then that was believed and taken seriously. In the previous decades, the Kőbánya Brewery had developed very modestly because under both the MOSV and the Trust funds were allocated at the industry level. There were no distinct companies, those in charge of the entire industry decided about the use of the funds. If we had used the little money available to Kőbánya, we could have implemented some minor changes to meet our needs, but everything else would still have remained outdated. And to the breweries outside Budapest, this money meant a great deal. So one after the other these rural breweries were upgraded while Kőbánya was left behind. This was unsustainable, however, something had to be done. At the end of 1980 I began pressing the subject, arguing that the reconstruction of Kőbánya was very important. 1 managed to convince the top managers at the Planning Office to come and visit us onsite and to check it out for themselves. 1 gave them a 45-minute introduction including graphs and a presentation, and then I said. Comrades, 115
