Fürdők – Fürdőhelyek, Magyarország fürdői (Budapest, 2008)

Commonly used decoration was the picture of the bath place itself or specific buildings but it was also general that the first letters of the owner's name were engraved into the glass. By the end of the 19th century the habit of sending postcards had been spread as the guests could show on a photo their friends or relatives where they spent the summer exactly. Approximately 60 different postcards were printed about thermal baths and holiday resorts in Hungary in the first half of the 20th century. Another interesting type of documents is the so called counting tag. On the one side of these tags there was an advertisement of the specific bath place with a picture and their other side was used by the shopkeepers as a sales slip. These counting tags were printed in a great amount but nowadays it is hard to find those that are still in a good condition.
