Kiss Ákos: A földesúri korcsmáltatási jogok hasznosítása, vendéglátás az egykori budakörnyéki (Tinnye-Uny-Jászfalui) közbirtokosságnál
the essay deals with the catering of the joint tenants during the Baroque and Biedermeier times. It dwells on the table outfits, especially the silverware and the forms of hospitality. The expenses of a major entertainment are very high; in the middle of the 18th century they ranged from 22 to 30 Forints. During the age of Napoleon, while seeing military service, the village nobility could more directly become acquainted with the customs of farther European countries. Thus the forms of hospitality also had changed. The Biedermeier age is the time of more civilized gatherings, but there were also more chances to get an insight into these kinds of customs because the commonage played a part in the county and the parliament. A special significance was given to Tinnye in this respect as Lajos Kossuth played there a role as a member of the commonage (1842— 46). The essay discloses hitherto unknown data of his daily life, his connections with his friends of the nobility and his relations with the people. 219
