Un număr total de 33 bacterii au fost izolate din nodulele şi rizosfera de Lathyrus sativus L., Trifolium hybridum L, Vicia grandiflora Scop., Lupinus polyphyllus Lindl. şi Phaseolus vulgaris L. Aceste bacterii izolate au fost caracterizate din punct de vedere al proprietăţiilor morfologice, biochimice şi de promovare a creşterii plantelor, cum ar fi mobilizarea fosfatului tricalcic prin metoda inoculării pe mediu nutritiv agarizat. ISOLATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF PLANT NUTRIENT MOBILIZING BACTERIA Abstract Biofertilizers based on nitrogen fixing and phosphate solubilizating microorganisms can be used in sustainable agriculture, because they have beneficial nutritional effect on plant growth and development. A total of 33 bacteria were isolated from Lathyrus sativus L., Trifolium hybridum L., Vicia grandiflora Scop., Lupinus polyphyllus Lindl. and Phaseolus vulgaris L. nodules and rhizospheric soil. These isolates were characterized morphologically, biochemically and screened for their plant growth promoting factors, like tricalcium phosphate mobilization by agar plate method. 506
