A CSÍKI SZÉKELY MÚZEUM ÉVKÖNYVE 2004 229-248 SZABÓ ANDRÁS NAGY IMRE TANÁRSÁGA, A KÉNYSZERESZTENDŐK ÉS REHABILITÁLÁSA Abstract: [Nagy Imre's teaching activity, years of constraint and his rehabilitation] This study deals with the dates referring to a year's period (1949-1950) during which Imre Nagy was a lecturer at the Hungarian Arts Institution from Cluj, as well as with the following period, which can be considered the period of constrained creation spent in Târgu Mures, Bicaz, Sântimbru-Bath, Gheorgheni, Hunedoara (1950-1954) and of his rehabilitation after 1954, including the establishing of the Art Galeries from Târgu-Mureç (founded in 1959, moved in 1974, abolished in 1985, re-established in 2001) and from Jigodin (established in 1973). The existing dates originate in the interviews made with the master's friends and acquaintances, in his notes, preserved in the sketchbooks and in the only magnetic registration posessed by the Szekler Museum from Ciuc, as well as in his personal correspondence. The revelation of these events were needed to clear up the wrong information in the public opinion regarding their contents and importance in the period of 1949-1954. Rezumat: [Activitatea profesoralä, anii creatiei silnice si reabilitarea lui Nagy Imre] Acest studiu prelucreazä datele referitoare la pcrioada in care maestrul Nagy Imre a fost conferentiar la Institutul Maghiar de Artä din Cluj (1949-1950), la perioada urmatoare, care se poate considéra ca una de creatie silitä, petrecutä la Târgu-Mures, Bicaz, Bäile Sântimbru, Gheorgheni, Hunedoara (1950-1954) precum §i la reabilitarea sa, dupä 1954, inclusiv realizarea galeriilor de artä din Târgu-Mures (înfiintata în 1959, mutatä în 1974, desfiintatä în 1985 si reînfiintata în 2001) sj din Jigodin (înfiintata în 1973). Datele provin din interviuri realizate eu prietenii si cunoçtintele maestrului, din notitele sale pästrate în caietele de schite, din singura înregistrare magneticä aflatä în posesia Muzeului Secuiesc al Ciucului, precum sj din corespondenta sa personalä. Dezväluirea acestor evenimente sunt necesare combaterii si clarificärii informatiilor false raspândite în opinia publica, în ceea ce priveçte continutul si importanta perioadei dintre anii 1949-1954. Nagy Imre tanárságát a köztudat úgy őrizte meg, mintha az egy egész életpálya lett volna, pedig csak egy évnyit tartott, akárcsak az intézet léte, amelyben tanított. 1924-es, végleges hazatérte után nemsokára az édesapja részéről felmerült fia önellátásának a kérdése. „- Hát, fiam - jön egyszer hozzám -, én taníttattalak, ahogy tudtalak, most már ideje volna, ha felszabadítanál a tartás alól."
