To maintain and enhance the level of curator work and collection management following personnel changes due to retirement, we plan to include highly qualified young staff members in these positions. We plan to make a special effort to allow young curators and collections managers to work alongside our older more experienced staff members to expand their experience levels. • We plan to pay close attention of the integration of major museums, which collect artefacts from all over the country, to the guidelines issued by the professional managers in the ministries, and to apply what we learn in conformity with valid museum law. • We plan to participate in the Renaissance Year programmes being organized for museums. Our events will be linked to activities supported by the Ministry of Education and Culture and the National Culture Foundation. • Regarding the lawsuit connected to the building housing the Postal Museum, we hope to win the right to keep the museum in the historical building where it is at present, or to receive ownership of a replacement property of comparable value, which would become the property of the foundation and provide a long-term home for the museum. • There are staff vacancies at the Postal and Stamp Museums in the library, the graphics, the contemporary Flungarian stamp, and the related separate collection sections, as well as among the staff that builds our exhibits. These slots need to be filled. 223
